Booking Policy

To book an appointment, you can:

  2. Book and pay online via Stripe.

All appointments must be fully paid for prior to the procedure.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, we will issue a full refund using your original payment method.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend, we reserve the right to charge for the missed appointment, and no refund will be issued.

Refund Processing Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the scheduled appointment.

Use of Services

  • Information provided by our administrative staff via email or telephone is for guidance only. The Liverpool Clinic is not responsible for its accuracy outside of formal consultations with our doctors.

  • We welcome patient feedback via email or Google reviews.
